How are you all doing today? This morning, I prepared a delicious recipe using the remaining semolina I had. However, I made it in a slightly different way than usual. I actually got the inspiration for this recipe by watching a YouTube video.
This dish is made with a few simple ingredients but delivers a delightful taste. It’s a quick and effortless treat, perfect for tea time. However, I must mention that while preparing this recipe, some of the semolina biscuits dissolved when added to the oil. Despite this small challenge, I was able to achieve a successful final result!
With basic ingredients like semolina, sugar, a pinch of salt, and a hint of aromatic spices, you can create an irresistible snack that pairs beautifully with a warm cup of tea.

Required Ingredients...
🍀 1 cup of samolina.
🍀 2 tablespoon of milk powder.
🍀 1 egg.
🍀 1/2 cup of sugar.
🍀 Coconut oil is the best for frying.
Method of making....
1 Step.
First, combine the egg and sugar in a bowl and mix well until smooth.
2 Step.
Next, add the semolina and milk powder to the mixture. Along with that, add a pinch of salt and mix well. Then, spread the mixture thinly in a bowl and cover it, letting it rest for about 10 minutes.

Next, take the prepared semolina mixture that has been resting for 10 minutes. Shape it as desired, then heat a pan on the stove and add oil. Once the oil is hot, fry the pieces until they turn golden brown. Finally, place them on a tissue paper to absorb excess oil.
With minimal effort and just a few ingredients, you can create this soft and delicious semolina dessert that melts in your mouth. Enjoy it as a light treat or share it with your loved ones—it’s sure to bring warmth and joy to your tea time. See you again with another delightful recipe!
