Cocina y practicidad pueden unirse fácilmente, cuando adelantamos procesos y alimentamos una base con diferentes sabores, muchos alimentos cumplen muy bien este fin, por ejemplo, el arroz blanco que podemos prepararlo con antelación congelarlo y luego usarlo junto a nuevos ingredientes que eleven su sabor. En cuanto a la cocina dulce, esta opción también es muy útil cuando de galletas se trata. Podemos adelantar una masa básica de galletas y luego usar porciones de ella para saborizarlas según nuestro gusto.

Aquí les doy un ejemplo de la gran utilidad que nos brinda tener una masa básica para hacer galletas, en esta ocasión usé 240 g de esta masa que saboricé con nueces y chocolate, el restante puede fácilmente guardarse en el refrigerador para usarlo posteriormente, ya sea agregando nuevos ingredientes a la masa o proporcionándole un relleno, también cabe destacar que hornear la base sin ningún ingrediente extra también funciona muy bien.
