Saludos amigos hivers.

Cada ocasión es una oportunidad que nos permite disfrutar de las cosas maravillosas y sencillas que nos ofrece la naturaleza, es por eso; que esta receta de hoy nos lleva a apreciar la exquisitez de un vegetal tan versátil cómo es la berenjena. Son muchas las recetas que podemos preparar con la berenjena, pudiendo adaptar las preparaciones a los diferentes gustos.

Disfruto experimentar nuevas recetas cuyo ingrediente protagónico es la berenjena, he logrado apreciar sus sabores en cremas para untar, gratinadas, asadas, rellenas, en pasticho, merengadas e incluso en unas exquisitas hallacas, cada preparación es única y no se si es por mi preferencia pero para mí, todas quedan divinas.

Es por eso que cada idea que pueda llegar a mí sobre una receta de berenjenas me gusta prepararla para conocer el resultado. Es así como hoy les comparto esta preparación la cual la conocí de una amiga, ella me compartió su versión de berenjenas horneadas y yo quise agregar un ingrediente que me gusta mucho " el orégano".

A continuación les comparto el paso a paso de esta receta, es súper fácil y rápida de preparar y les puedo garantizar que el resultado es bastante satisfactorio.

Every occasion is an opportunity to enjoy the wonderful and simple things that nature offers us, which is why today's recipe allows us to appreciate the delicacy of such a versatile vegetable as eggplant. There are many recipes that can be prepared with eggplant, and the preparations can be adapted to different tastes.

I enjoy experimenting with new recipes whose main ingredient is eggplant. I have come to appreciate its flavors in spreads, gratins, roasts, stuffed dishes, pastiches, meringues, and even in delicious hallacas. Each preparation is unique, and I don't know if it's just my preference, but for me, they all taste divine.

That's why every time I come across an eggplant recipe, I like to try it out to see how it turns out. That's how today I'm sharing this recipe, which I learned from a friend. She shared her version of baked eggplant with me, and I wanted to add an ingredient that I really like: oregano.

Below, I'll share the step-by-step instructions for this recipe. It's super easy and quick to prepare, and I can guarantee that the result is quite satisfying.

Ingredientes


  • 4 berenjenas medianas
  • 3 tomates
  • 300 grs de queso blanco
  • 1 cucharada de mostaza
  • 1/2 cucharada de sal
  • 1 cucharada de orégano
  • 1/2 cucharadita de sazonador
  • 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva o vegetal
  • 1 cucharada de vinagre

Ingredients


  • 4 medium eggplants
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 300 grams white cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

Preparación Paso a Paso/Preparation Step by Step

Paso 1/ Step 1


Para comenzar la preparación de estas ricas berenjenas rellenas comenzamos lavando bien las berenjenas y luego te realizo cortes de manera horizontal sin dividir la berenjena. Se le realizan los cortes de aproximadamente un centímetro de grosor a lo largo de toda la berenjena y se reservan.

To begin preparing these delicious stuffed eggplants, start by washing them thoroughly and then cutting them horizontally without dividing them. Make cuts approximately one centimeter thick along the entire length of the eggplant and set aside.

Luego procedo a picar los tomates en ruedas finas e igualmente a trocear el queso.

Then I proceed to chop the tomatoes into thin slices and also chop the cheese.

Paso 3/ Step 3


Continúo rellenando las berenjenas y para ello voy alternando en cada corte una rueda de tomate y un trozo de queso hasta colocar en todos los espacios. Luego de rellenarlas las coloco en una bandeja horneable.

I continue filling the eggplants, alternating a slice of tomato and a piece of cheese in each cut until all the spaces are filled. After filling them, I place them on a baking sheet.

Paso 4/ Step 4


Procedo a realizar una vinagreta con los ingredientes antes mencionados, para ello coloco en una taza el orégano, la sal, el sazonador, aceite y vinagre, integro todos los ingredientes para luego proceder a untar todas las berenjenas. Esta vinagreta la voy incorporando con una brochita de manera de cubrir las berenjenas hasta agotar la preparación. Posteriormente la llevo al horno por un tiempo aproximado de 30 minutos a 180 grados centígrados o hasta lograr una consistencia blanda.

I proceed to make a vinaigrette with the aforementioned ingredients. To do this, I place the oregano, salt, seasoning, oil, and vinegar in a cup, mix all the ingredients together, and then proceed to spread it over all the eggplants. I use a brush to apply the vinaigrette, covering the eggplants until the mixture is used up. Then I bake them in the oven for approximately 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius or until they are soft.

Luego del horneado las retiramos del horno y las dejamos enfriar unos minutos para luego degustarlas.
