Yeah gluten is a big culprit especially here in America. It's such a combination of factors.. pesticides, modified heavily for specific things and ends up causing cascading elsewhere. In Italy we had none of the issues and lost weight because it was actually natural wheat not this heavily manipulated shit.

I think you should try to cut it out as much as you can. Even reducing it is great but eventually getting rid of it is important.
