I've thought about doing this in the past. I've had some off and on stomach issues for a while and I often wonder if eliminating gluten would be the answer. We already eat far less carbs that we used to. We get our pasta from this place called fiber gourmet that is low in carb and high in fiber. You don't really notice the difference.

Yeah gluten is a big culprit especially here in America. It's such a combination of factors.. pesticides, modified heavily for specific things and ends up causing cascading elsewhere. In Italy we had none of the issues and lost weight because it was actually natural wheat not this heavily manipulated shit.

I think you should try to cut it out as much as you can. Even reducing it is great but eventually getting rid of it is important.

We already have cut it quite a bit, but I am sure there are other areas where we don't even know we are ingesting it.
