Delicious healthy snack 🥧🍌🍓😋[Esp/Eng]

Hola mi querida comunidad de @foodiesbeehive, saludos a todos los que disfrutan del buen comer y de la cocina hacen su pasión y disfrute ✨️

Hoy les quiero compartir una propuesta de postre saludable, ideal para esos días de antojos de algo dulce pero no pecaminoso 🙊Se trata de una especie de pudin- tarta elaborada con cambur, para esta receta son ideales los cambures que están muy maduros, esos que ya piensas en tirar, esos son los especiales, pues el tenor de azúcar es ideal para equilibrar este postre sin necesidad de añadir edulcorantes.

Su elaboración es super fácil, basta con integrar los ingredientes, de hecho lo hice en el mismo pyrex o molde para hornear sin necesidad de mezclar y ensuciar más utensilios de la cocina. Beneficios de este postre; es rico en fibra, la avena nos ayuda a mejorar el transito intestinal, el cambur nos aporta potasio y energía, las nueces los ácidos grasos esenciales y las fresas son una de las frutas con bajo índice glucemico con importante aporte de vitamina C. Así que en definitiva es un postre muy fácil, con el que podemos resolver una merienda de una manera saludable. Asi que amigos, sin mas preámbulos ¡iniciemos! les encantará 👌

INGREDIENTES: ( molde 20x12 cms)

  • 3 cambures maduros
  • 2 huevos
  • 1 taza de avena en hojuelas
  • 1 puño de nueces
  • 1/2 taza de fresas en láminas

PREPARACION:

Paso 1:

En un molde pyrex, colocamos los cambures pelados, los aplastamos hasta formar una puré.

Paso 2:

A continuación agregamos los huevos ligeramente batidos, la avena, las nueces y el polvo de hornear integramos muy bien.

Paso 3:

Para finalizar agregamos el tooping de fresas picadas en láminas. Llevamos al horno por 45 minutos a 180 grados centígrados.

Y ... listooooo! Dejamos enfriar y a disfrutar esta delicia, emplatamos, al momento de servir le agregué miel. Quedó fabulosa. Amigos los invito a que las preparen, les va a encantar. Espero les guste. Les envío un fuerte abrazo y hasta la próxima receta. 🤗 🫶

INGREDIENTS: ( mold 20x12 cms)

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup oat flakes
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries

PREPARATION:

Step 1:

In a pyrex mold, place the peeled cambures, crush them to a puree.

Next add the lightly beaten eggs, oats, walnuts and baking powder integrate very well.

Step 3:

To finish we add the tooping of strawberries chopped into slices. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
