Very nice! We do a large variety of appetizers for my wife's family Christmas eve as well. It is quite the spread. Then this year we had the addition of the brisket which everyone loved. Well most everyone, my wife doesn't eat beef.

There are a couple that people really seem to enjoy. We have cut way back from previous years and people usually get about one or two options of things that they just have to have. I will probably cover them more in a future post. I have some photos of the buffet I will share!
