
For lunch, I made a recipe from Italian cuisine "Carbonara potatoes".
I used the following ingredients:
-900 g of potatoes
-300 g of bacon
-5 egg yolks
-400 ml of cooking cream
-200 g of hard cheese (optional)
-Vegeta to taste
-A mixture of Mediterranean herbs

The dish is prepared as follows:
First, peel the potatoes.
I boiled the potatoes in the Milticooker, and you can boil them in a regular pan on the stove.

While the potatoes were simmering, I cut the bacon into small pieces and fried the bacon in a pan on the stove.




Then I grated the cheese on a coarse grater

In one bowl, I put 5 egg yolks, cooking cream and whisked to get a creamy texture



Then pour grated cheese and vegeta into the mixture and mix everything

I drained the boiled potatoes and cut them into pieces in a baking tray in which they will be roasted in the oven


Then I poured the fried bacon over the potatoes and mixed

Then I poured the cream of egg yolks and milk with cheese on top and mixed everything together


I put the tray in a preheated oven at 250°C

It is baked in the oven for about 30 minutes until it gets a golden color. I like it dark, so I let it get a brown crust and you can bake it in the oven for a shorter time until it's just golden brown.

I served it with toasted bread and cauliflower salad


This amount is enough for 4 people.
