This recipe is pefect for Christmas and New years eve.I would like to do this on Xmas.I'll keep this post thanks for this recipe anyway :)

It is a simple recipe that comes out perfect every time; just check the meat with a meat thermometer. I agree it would be perfect for Christmas or New Years Day. ♥
