Healthy Eating
It's easy to eat lots of rubbish and non nutritious food.
Let's turn that on it's head though. It's easy to eat good healthy nutritious food too.
It's all about preparation and having the a
raw materials, that is ingredients in the fridge or press.
Let's face it, if you've got crisps in the press and chocolate in the fridge, very soon you'll be eating chocolate and crisps. It's not rocket science.
instead of crisps and chocolate I've nuts, seeds, rocket, mackerel and guess what? I rarely eat shite food now.
Instead, I eat plenty of meat, fish, vegetables, fruit and whole foods and I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything. On the contrary I see people eating sugary and processed foods and feel these people are being foolish with their choices.
I'm not trying to be judgey, but that's what goes through my head and I've no problem being honest about that.
We are what we eat.
It really is as simple as that.
Now, I'll get off my soap box!
In all fairness the salad was feckin delicious, even if I do say so myself!
