One day, my sourdough starter will survive!
The bread looks delicious, I guess it just needs that careful attention to letting it rise and then cool after baking 🙂
I have found a good commercially made rye sourdough (sliced! with seeds!) that I really enjoy. It's a good substitute when I can't bake.
