That looks like a great fish party! I'm glad for you all had a great time enjoying it.

To be honest, I only ate sushi once, it was at Salamanca with my step daughter last year. It was nice I had a good experience.
I love fish in all its variants and smoked salmon and trout are my favourites but they are rather expensive here, like 37 €/kg or even more if it's authentic nordish wild salmon... coincidentally I bought 3 gilthead that I cooked today to be eaten tomorrow, will see how it went, I made them grilled with garlic and parsley, hope it's worth the time and effort.

awesome fish, you can't make something wrong with that one. Fish in general. We love it much here... and since we live next to the sea, we have lots and always for a reasonable price. Lucky us!
