Every moment of life is not the same, and sometimes I am happy or I get angry and sometimes I get stressed, and my brain hurts. This is a combination of listening to music, going to work, and eating my favorite thing, which is ice cream my favorite flavor is black currant. Yes, the same ice cream is soft, creamy, and cold and gives peace to the mouth and mind with its bite. Maybe for someone else, it is just sweet, but for me, it is a very big emotion because from childhood till now, I have always been something. I felt best in love, and more than sweets, I like ice cream more. Whenever stress or frustration increases beyond limits, I need only one thing. There was a big scoop of ice cream of my favorite flavor.
I have loved ice cream since my childhood because it is neither too sweet nor too bitter, so it is in a moderate amount. It is also very fun to eat you can eat waffles with it if you wish and there are so many things that can be eaten with ice cream there are many different flavors, like butterscotch, chocolate, or the classic vanilla it is such that the sweetness dissolves the anger in my heart. Like hot tea in summer, but ice cream alone does not work. When the mood is even more off, when there is stress, just sweet is not enough, then I take other savior entries, comfort food.
Everyone has their favorite food. For some it is their mother's handmade dal rice, for some it is pizza, for some it is Maggi, and for me, it is the most important. Any French fries, a hot cheese-loaded sandwich, or a buttery paneer paratha? All these are my comfort foods, but the one I like the most is ice cream because I have a lot of childhood memories with ice cream, and I like it very much.
Every flavor has memories attached to it. Butterscotch was something I treated myself to when I got my first salary. When I don't feel right or feel heavy, I eat chocolate. I love to eat a lot of chocolate. When anything gets over, I add a little bit of flavor to it. I gifted strawberries to a friend on his birthday, and that very day I realized how special a simple thing can be. Comfort food is also no less. Late-night movie with French fries, hanging out with friends with a cheese sandwich, or going to work in the morning with parathas. All these memories not only fill the stomach but the heart too, and that's why it is called comfort food. Because after eating it, we remember those days when we used to say all this with great pleasure till now.
Many people say, "Don't overeat." Yes, eating too much is wrong because it is emotionally overwhelming. But if you can eat a little bit of your favorite food for your mood, then it is also self-care. Sometimes a scoop of ice cream or a piece of French fries or something lifts your mood so much that you feel fresh again, and that moment is very valuable because that moment is always remembered for a lifetime.
I believe that there is a little healing in every life. When life seems boring or boring, then our comfort food or ice cream gives us new energy for just a second. Stress and anger are not just in the mind. An emotional person can also make us angry.
