Hello friends, I hope all of you are healthy and well and living a happy and peaceful life.
Friends, today was Saturday and I had gone to my village, I worked a little all day and in the evening, as soon as the family was ready to make dinner, they brought out the vegetable Lauki (bottle gourd) which I don't like, so I thought why not make it in some other way and today I had thought of making Lauki (bottle gourd) koftas which are very tasty and wonderful, so I thought why not make it today, as whatever ingredients are available in the house, in a hurry we have to manage with that and add taste to the food, so I did not even know what ingredients would be there in it and even if I knew, I could not have all the things at home at that time because it is like this in the village and the market is also a little far away, so whatever ingredients are required to make it, I managed those ingredients and made the vegetable, so let me tell you the ingredients that I used to make it, it is as follows. 1. Bottle gourd
Gram flour
Onion
Green chilli
Celery
Oil
Coriander powder
Turmeric
Kitchen King Masala
Corn flour
Salt
Garlic
Ginger
Kasturi methi
The method of making it is something like this.
First of all, we took the gourd grown in our field and chopped it finely and then took out the middle part of it and grated it and mixed it. After that, we took out its water and squeezed it and kept it in a separate vessel.
After that we took finely chopped onions in it, as per my kofta I had four pieces of onion and chopped it big and mixed it in this kofta vessel.
I sprinkled gram flour and whatever spices I had on top of the gourd and onion and mixed it well.
After that I had kept mustard oil in a pan, we mostly use mustard oil in food which is also good for health, so I poured oil in a pan and kept it for rolling.
After that I made round shapes which are a design of koftas and fried them on low flame.
And after that, after taking out all the koftas, which I had made heavy and free, now to make them, I took a friendly pan or in the same pan you can put a little oil and in it you can add finely chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, whatever you have in Kasturi.
After that, I chopped some tomatoes, I had chopped two tomatoes and added a little salt to it because we had already added salt in the koftas earlier, so we had to add less salt and kept it on low flame till the tomatoes melted a little.
After that, I added spices to it, which I had already kept in a bowl for soaking, which included turmeric, coriander, Kitchen King Masala and all the spices that I had, I had kept in a bowl with some water for serving.
After cooking the tomatoes a little, I added the spices to it and let the spices cook for about 15-20 minutes and in the end I also added a little gram flour to it, so that it becomes thick and some gravy can be made in it.
After cooking the spices for 15:20 minutes, we added the freed koftas into it and after about 15-20 minutes, we took them out and our bottle gourd kofta is ready.
