Now that's an awesome power lunch with some Ninja made pico de gallo. It really does add a huge flavor punch but it always overpriced, so very smart to make it yourself at home instead of paying more that 2 Euros for a tiny cup of the stuff you can make at home so cheaply.
That looks like such a yummy lunch, I wouldn't mind that for lunch myself today. Now I want some good Mexican food!

I had it for dinner today, had some leftovers for one pita, delicious!
He's actually improving so it seems, last weeks he definitely seemed to have an infection in his tummy, will probably get the results tomorrow but honestly, he seems over it, lol. Went to the lab a few days too late and he seemed to have fought through it himself, as far as I can see at least.
We changed back to the other formula (combined with a few mommy's milk feedings) and I have good hopes now. The other stuff made him say "yuk" and "bleh" and shiver for the taste, not kidding! And it was disgusting indeed so it felt a bit like torture when that also meant he threw it all up later. So first his stomach improved for a few days, slowly it got worse and then not only did he have to drink the nasty stuff but also had to taste it again when throwing up, poor thing.
I wasn't convinced he has the cow milk allergy anyway so when the delivery of the cow milk free formula was extremely delayed, we decided to cancel and try this once more. Seems to be the right move.
