Hey friends, for breakfast this morning we had boiled egg, flour bread and fried cauliflower.I will write something about the quality of this food today.Boiled eggs, vegetables and flour bread are all three foods that are beneficial for our body.


First let's talk about eggs.Look, it's December now and the temperature in our area has been around 10 degrees for the past two to three days.We are not used to cold all year round because most of our country has summer.A sudden cold can be fatal for us.10 degrees of cold is too much for us. It is difficult to work and keep the body warm in this cold.In this sudden cold, we have to pay more attention to our food.




From heat to sudden cold, we can get sick in various ways, so food is very important.I have noticed one thing and that is that many of us suffer from stomach problems in winter.The main reason for these stomach problems is not taking care of food and drink in winter.To build a healthy body, you need to pay attention to food during winter and drink enough water.


Even though it's cold, you still need to drink enough water because I've noticed that the body becomes more dehydrated in winter.

Breakfast is very important.You should choose food in the morning so that you do not suffer from stomach problems and your body stays warm.In this case, I will first talk about an egg.We need to eat eggs to get enough energy and nutrition for the body.However in winter, it is very cold in the morning so at this time I would advise you to eat boiled eggs so that your body stays warm and provides energy.

So our first meal this morning was boiled eggs.The sun hasn't been seen in our region since morning, which means it's been very cold here.I have to wake up in the cold morning and prepare food because my body needs food.And food must be nutritious, so eggs are my first choice.I boiled four eggs for the family this morning just to eat.Friends, eggs are just for providing energy to the body.

But you need to have something more for breakfast in the morning.After boiling the eggs, I also made fried cauliflower for breakfast.I made flour bread.Yes friends, eating fried cauliflower with flour bread is very fun and both these dishes are healthy.
