I can't think of any dish that I want today, should I go with porky again? Or maybe chicken? Hmmmm, beef I think is also good -but then, beef I think need more time so cook so its a no. Should I go with fish? But...I don't like fish ಥ‿ಥ. Maybe i'll go with just veggies ┐( ̄ヘ ̄)┌. Aigoooo. Here we are again with the "everyday problem" of what dish to make. It's always a challenge you know. And its not just the dish coz it should also be within the budget (≧▽≦). I should just eat with salt, or maybe a calamansi with toyo. Seriously, calamansi with soy sauce is so much better than salt, haha. But wait, I could actually just buy dried dish, or egg maybe?

...just call me maybe, it's hard to look right, At you baby. But here's my number. So call me, maybe?
Let's just sing, nevermind lunch \(^o^)/, lol
But in the end, I still manage to make something. And I think I made it extra special with all the ingredients haha. ಥ‿ಥ
The Ingredients:
Probably 350G of Chicken, thigh parts
Two block of Tofu, the small ones
Two pieces of Potatoes, probably 90G
Soy Sauce, like 3 Tablespoon
Vinegar, just 2 Tablespoon
Salt and Ground Pepper, more peppahhhh
MSG, pampasarap, pamparampam
25G of Ketchup, ,the redder the better
Minced Garlic and Onions
Red Chili, its the red Siling Taiwan
WATER, as much as u want!

So, we'll start by drying the Tofu using tissue. Press it gently and with care, like how you press you lips to him. I just cut them thinly, not too much, just enough thinly, thin, thinner, -whatever.

Next is marinating the chicken in the mixture of soy sauce, pepper, salt, msg, onion, garlic, ketchup, and love and care.

While marinating the chicken, I then fried the Tofu, I think frying it before putting it in the dish is so much better

And coz i'm mayabang, and I really feel like this dish will taste better when its spicy, I used one, kinda big, red chili in it. Its spicy, but no regrets. Ehe

Here's our Potato, I just cut them into small sizes as you can see on the photos. And these are all the Ingredients.
Cooking Time!!!

So, I didn't sautee this one. I just directly put it in a pan, waited for it to boil, and simmer it for 14 minute in medium heat

After just 14 minutes, I put the potatoes and let it cook there for another 5 minutes

..before adding again the fried Tofu. I simmer it for another 4 minutes in low heat and let the fried tofu absorbed the tasty, and yumminess sauce.

I also move the dish in another pan...just because, hihi. If I sell this I think some will also like it. I actually asked Mama if the taste is just rigth, she said it is just right. ƪ(‾.‾“)┐

There it is, I think I achieved the right color I want for this dish, same with the thickness of its sauce. Seriously, I want to try this with Gochujang as I often see that in a cooking vlog. But I am afraid to its taste haha. And I am not sure if i'll like it but lots of Filipino use that korean condiments and its not like I can actually taste this haha. But you see, I like the color it gives to one dish, darker and it looks really savory.
Anyways, that's all for now. Happy Cooking!
