Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared the recipe of Spiced Mutton, Potato & Cauliflower Medley, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback.

Today I am going to share with you guys Traditional Eid Sweet Trio Platter.


So first I will tell you the recipe of Mango Custard

Ingredients

  • Custard Powder ( 2 pack )
  • Milk ( 2 kg )
  • Sugar ( 1 cup )
  • Bread ( 2 slice )
  • Grated coconut ( for Garnishing )

Process

Eid Mubarak to all my Muslim Pakistanis, As this Eid is a sweet Eid, I am going to share with you some sweet dishes that are mostly made on this Eid.

So to make custard, I took two packs of custard powder and mixed them well by adding the powder to a cup of milk.

I have custard in mango flavor.
Now I put the milk on the stove to heat it, added sugar to it and waited for it to boil.

As soon as it boiled, I slowly poured the paste into the milk and, stirring with a spoon, I cooked it until it thickened.

Now I took two pieces of bread, removed the edges, and cut the remaining bread into small pieces or cubes, added it to the custard, and mixed it well.

This vibrant mango custard is a true tropical indulgence, bursting with the natural sweetness and refreshing aroma of ripe mangoes.
Its silky, creamy texture melts smoothly with every bite, creating a rich and comforting dessert experience.


Final Look:

The topping of freshly grated coconut adds a delicate crunch and a subtle nutty flavor, perfectly complementing the luscious custard.

Beautifully presented and irresistibly delicious, this dessert is a delightful blend of freshness, creaminess, and tropical charm that makes every spoonful pure joy.


Now, let me tell you the recipe of Ras Malai

Ingredients

  • Ras Malai ( 1 pack )
  • Milk ( 1 kg )
  • Egg ( 1 )
  • Sugar ( 1/2 cup )
  • Oil ( 2 tbsp )
  • Grated almonds ( for Garnishing )

Process

I took a packet of Ras Malai and to make it, I put the powder in a bowl and beat an egg in a pot.

I added cooking oil and egg to the Ras Malai powder, mixed it well.
Then made small round balls from this mixture with the help of my hands.

Now I put the milk on the stove to boil and added sugar to it.
As soon as the milk boiled, I started adding these balls to the boiling milk.

I turned them upside down with the help of a spatula and when they had grown three to four times their size, I took them off the stove.

This delightful Ras Malai is the perfect symbol of softness and sweetness, featuring delicate, spongy milk dumplings soaked in a rich, creamy milk sauce.
Each bite is incredibly light and melt-in-the-mouth, infused with a subtle sweetness that feels both comforting and indulgent.


Final Look:

The topping of finely sliced almonds adds a gentle crunch and a nutty elegance, enhancing both the flavor and presentation.

Smooth, creamy, and beautifully balanced, this dessert is a true classic that brings a touch of luxury and pure satisfaction to every spoonful.


So first I will tell you the recipe of Colourful Vermicelli

Ingredients

  • Colorful vermicelli ( 1 pack )
  • Milk ( 1.5 kg )
  • Sugar ( 2 cup )
  • Water ( for boiling )

Process

Now I took a pack of colorful vermicelli, first I put them in a pot and lightly roasted them on normal flame.
Then I took water in a pot and boiled them.

When it was 70 percent cooked, I strained the water from it.
Now I put the milk on the stove to heat and added sugar to it.
When the milk boiled, I added the boiled vermicelli to the milk.

I cooked them until the milk thickened.
As soon as the milk thickened, I closed the flame and these are my colorful vermicelli ready.

This beautiful bowl of colorful vermicelli is a comforting and delightful treat, blending soft, silky strands in a rich and creamy milk base.

The subtle sweetness and smooth texture make every spoonful feel warm and satisfying, while the mix of colors adds a playful and inviting touch to the presentation.


Final Look:

Light yet indulgent, this dessert carries a homestyle charm that reflects care and simplicity.
Perfectly balanced and soothing, it’s a sweet dish that brings both comfort and joy with every bite.
