Hi guys...! How are you all, I hope you all are well.
Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared Chinese Fried Rice, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the Sweet Dish.

Let's see how I made it.


Ingredients

  • Milk ( 1 litre)
  • egg ( 1 )
  • Ras Malai ( 1 pack )
  • Sugar ( 1 cup )
  • Oil ( 2 sp )


Process

Guys, so far I have shared most of the recipes with you, so today I am going to share a sweet dish with you guys.
So, without wasting time, I will tell you how to make it.

So guys, first of all, I opened the packet of delicious Ras Malai and poured the powder in it into a beautiful bowl and then added two tablespoons of cooking oil to it.

Now I beat one egg well in a separate bowl and added it to the Rad Malai Powder mixture and mixed it well to make a paste.

Now I made small balls from this paste with the help of my hands.
So the work of making the Ras Malai was complete here.
Now it was time to cook them.

Now I poured one liter of milk into a pan and put it on the stove to cook it, that is, to boil it, and waited until it boiled.
As soon as the milk boiled, I added sugar to it.

Now I added the Ras Malai balls that I had made to the boiling milk and let them cook for four to five minutes.
You can see that they have increased in size by three to four times.

So here is my sweet dish of the day. I made it in about 20 minutes.
I kept it in the refrigerator for about an hour after it cooled down to enhance its flavor.
After that I topped it with almonds and Coconut Ppwdas you can see in the final look below.
