Pan-Fried Chicken Chickpea Patties

Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared the recipe of Creamy Black Pepper Mutton Recipe, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Pan-Fried Chicken Chickpea Patties.

Let's see how I made it.


Ingredients

  • Boneless Chicken ( 400 grams )
  • Chickpea ( 300 grams )
  • Oil ( for Fry)
  • Onion ( 100 grams )
  • Hot spice & Kabab spice ( 1 tsp)
  • Spices Powder ( according to taste )
  • Egg ( 2 )
  • Green Chillies ( 2 or 3 )
  • Fresh Green Coriander & Mint Leaves ( handful )
  • Tomatoes ( 60 grams )

Process

Since I have Sundays off from college, I usually make some new recipe on Sundays and share it with you guys.
So, let me quickly tell you how to make this recipe step by step.

First I boiled the boneless chicken and shredded it, and along with that I boiled the chickpea and mashed them too.

I added shredded chicken to the mashed chicpeaand also added finely chopped onions and green chilies.

I added fresh coriander and mint leaves and also chopped tomatoes.
After that I added the ground spices including salt, turmeric, hot spice, kabab spice and ground red chilli.

Now I added two eggs to it and mixed them all well to prepare the mixture.
Now I shaped this mixture into patties using a cutlet maker.

Now it was turn to fry these patties, so for that I poured oil on the pan.
After the oil was hot, I placed the parties on the pan to fry.
Turning them over with the help of a flipper.

When they turned brown, I took them out on a plate. My Chicken & Chickpea Patties were completely ready.
They give a very unique taste to all kinds of food.

Every bite delivers warmth, spice, and comfort, making these Patties a perfect balance of texture and taste—simple, hearty, and absolutely mouthwatering.


Final Look:

Golden and perfectly crisp on the outside, these Chicken & Chickpea Patties are packed with rich flavor and homemade goodness.

The blend of tender chicken, mashed chickpeas, fresh onions, green chilies, egg, and aromatic spices creates a deliciously soft and savory center with an irresistible crunchy coating.

That egg mix makes these patties hold together better than expected, impressive!

I mostly use eggs for binding, but some people don't eat eggs, so they can also use gram flour or breadcrumbs for binding.
