- Soaked Rice ( 1 kg )
- Oil ( 1 cup )
- Spices Powder
- 5 Spice
- Biryani Spices
- Garlic ( 1 bulb )
- Onion ( 1 bulb )
- Chopped Ginger ( 1 sp )
- Tamarind ( 7 seeds )
- yogurt ( 1 cup )
- Mustard Food Color ( 1 sp )
- Boiled Eggs ( 2 )
- Potato Fries ( 200 grams )
- Green Chillies
Process
Today I am going to share a Grand Famous recipe with you guys, so without wasting any time, I will quickly tell you the procedure of how to make Mutton Biryani.
So first I pressure cooked the lamb meat for about 20 minutes.
For this, I put the meat in a pressure cooker and added two cups of water,
which was enough for a 20-minute pressure.
After boiling the meat, I started making the curry for the biryani.
For this, I first chopped the ginger, garlic, green chillies and onion, put them in a pot,
added a cup of cooking oil, and started frying them.
When the green spices turned slightly brown, I added the ground spices to it, which included salt, red chili, and turmeric.
I also added tomatoes and started roasting all these spices again.
After the spices were roasted, I added the meat which we had already boiled and I added a little tamarind along with the meat.
Now I added a cup of curd to it and started roasting it again.
You can see how adding spices and roasting it changes its look.
Now that the curry for biryani was almost ready, I finally added the spices, including ground black pepper and biryani masala,
which are essential for making biryani.
After a minute or two of adding these, I turned off the stove and thus our curry was ready for biryani.
And now I sprinkled a little hot spice on top of it.
Now it was time to boil the rice, so I took water in a pot and added salt and five spices to it.
Until the water boiled, I had already made the potato chips and boiled the eggs.
When the water boiled, I added the rice to it and then, after about three to four minutes, when the rice was about 80 percent cooked, I strained the water from it.
Now that both the rice and curry were cooked, it was time to layer the biryani.
For this, first I spread the rice on the bottom layer in a pot, then poured the biryani batter over it,
and then added the second layer of curry on top of that.
In the third layer, I added boiled eggs and fries. I repeated the same process twice and then heated on low flame for five to 10 minutes.
Final Look:
So this is my mutton Biryani, that is completely ready.
You can see from the final look how delicious and spicy it looks.
I hope you all like my recipe. I will wait for your comments. Now we will meet in the next post with a new recipe. Until then, Good Bye...🤗
