Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared the recipe of Semolina Egg Pudding, I am happy you all liked my post and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Punjabi Saag & Rice Roti with Butter.
Let's see how I made it.

Ingredients
- Oil ( 2 cup )
- Onion ( 50 grams )
- Ginger ( 1 tsp )
- Tomato ( 1 )
- Leafy Greens Blend ( 1 kg )
- Salt ( 1 sp )
- Green Chillies ( 15 grams )
Process
Today I am going to share a recipe with you guys, so without wasting any time, I will quickly tell you the procedure of how to make Leafy Greens Curry and Rice Flatbread with Butter.
I have mentioned the ingredients needed to make this recipe above.

So, first I chopped ginger, green chillies, onion and Tomato finely and put them in a pan and added cooking oil to it and started frying it.

As soon as its color turned brown, I added the pre-cooked greens to it and then added a little salt to it and fried it even better.

So here I have taken it out on the plate. So my greens are completely ready.
Now let's make rice roti to eat with it.

- Rice Flour
- Milk
- Salt
- Ghee

I added the salt in rice flour, kneaded it with milk and then made two small balls of it.
I spread both of them a little with the help of my hand, then I put ghee on one and placed the other on top of it.

Then spread it with the help of a rolling pin. And I put it on the tawa and lightly greased it on both sides and cooked it.

So this is my rice roti that is completely ready.
It is a little crispy on top and soft on the inside. Now let's serve these two things together in the final look.
Final Look:
A generous spread of butter on the side elevates every morsel, adding creamy richness that balances the bold, savory greens beautifully.
