Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared the recipe of Loaded Veg Omelet, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Cumin-Chilli Roasted Peas.
Let's see how I made it.

Ingredients
- Peas ( 200 gram )
- Cumin seeds ( 1 tbsp )
- Oil ( 2 tbsp )
- Salt, Black Pepper
- Chat Masala
- Green Chillies
Process
Guys, so far I have shared most of the recipes with you, so today I am going to share a new dish with you guys.
So, without wasting time, I will tell you how to make it.

So first I put cooking oil in a pot and then added cumin seeds and green chilies and roasted them.

When the color turned brown, I added peas to it along with salt and chaat masala.

When the peas were half-cooked, I added ground black pepper and simmered it on low heat for about five minutes.

When you remove it from the heat, you can now see that the peas are well roasted and all the spices have been well absorbed into it.
The glossy finish and deep green color make them as pleasing to the eyes as they are to the taste—simple, wholesome, and full of bold desi flavor.
Final Look:
Each pea is perfectly roasted till lightly crisp, coated in the warm aroma of cumin seeds, a gentle heat from green chillies, and balanced ground spices.
