Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared the recipe of Vermicelli colourful delight, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Crispy Masala Potato Bites.

Let's see how I made it.


Ingredients

  • Potatoes ( 400 grams )
  • Bread Slices ( 4 )
  • Oil ( for fry )
  • Onion ( 50 grams )
  • Carom seeds ( 1 tsp)
  • Spices Powder
  • Corn flour ( 2 tsp )
  • Green Chillies
  • Fresh Green Coriander

Process

Guys, so far I have shared most of the recipes with you, so today I am going to share a new dish with you guys.
So, without wasting time, I will tell you how to make it.

So first I boiled and mashed the potatoes and then wet the bread slices and squeezed them well to make small pieces.

Now I added chopped onions, green chilies, and crushed spices salt, turmeric and ground red chilli and corn flour to the mashed potatoes and bread crumbs.

Now I added Carom seeds, hot spices and chaat spices and also added coriander leaves and mixed the mixture well.

Now I first flattened this mixture to give it shape with the help of a rolling pin and then cut it into pieces with the help of a knife.
Now it is ready to fry.

Now I fried them in small batches in cooking oil and when they turned golden brown, I took them out on a plate.

So here is my recipe for today, completely ready.
The blend of bread, corn flour, and aromatic spices gives them a rich, well-balanced masala flavor with a satisfying crunch on the outside.


Final Look:

Served alongside tangy tamarind and apricot sauce, these bites deliver a sweet-and-sour kick that complements the spices beautifully.
