Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared the recipe of Chicken Trio Veg Gravy, I am happy you all liked my post and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Creamy Zeera Tempered Egg's.
Let's see how I made it.

Ingredients
- 🥚 Egg's ( 5 )
- 🥡 Cream ( 1 cup )
- 🥣 Yougrt ( 1 cup )
- 🛢️ Oil ( 1 cup )
- 🧅 Onion ( 50 grams )
- 🫚 Ginger Paste ( 1 tsp )
- 🧄 Garlic ( 1 bulb )
- 🌶️ Green Chillies
- 🍅 Tomato ( 80 kg )
- 🫙 Whole Spices for Temper
- 🧂 Salt and Black Pepper
- 🥫 Fresh Coriander, Hot Spice
Process
Today I am going to share a new recipe with you guys, so without wasting any time, I will quickly tell you the procedure of how to make Creamy Zeera Tempered Egg's.
I have mentioned the ingredients needed to make this recipe above.

First I chopped ginger, onion, and garlic finely, added cooking oil to them, and fried them, then added chopped tomatoes to it.

After roasting it, add salt, black pepper and green chilies and then yogurt and roast them all.

I boiled the eggs and cut them in half.
Now I put these eggs in this spice and roasted the eggs well in this spice.

And now I added the homemade cream to it and left it to cook.
It was almost ready. Now it was time to temper the cumin seeds.

For this, I put cumin, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves in a separate pot, added a little oil, and when they turned brown, I poured them into the gravy.

Now I sprinkled Fresh Coriander and garam masala on top of it.
The final tempering of cumin, cloves, Cardamom and cinnamon brings a golden, fragrant finish that ties everything together beautifully.
Final Look:
The boiled eggs soaked in smooth yogurt-cream gravy create a perfectly balanced bite that feels both hearty and elegant.
