Hello all Bloggers

Hi guys...! How are you all, I hope you all are well.
Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared the recipe of Crispy Egg & Vegetable Bread Triangles, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Creamy Murgh Malai.

Let's see how I made it.

Ingredients

  • Chicken ( 500 grams )
  • Cream ( 1 cup )
  • Oil ( 2 cup )
  • Onion ( 100 grams )
  • Garlic ( 1 bulb )
  • Ginger Paste ( 2 sp )
  • Tomato ( 100 grams )
  • Yogurt ( 1 cup )
  • Salt, turmeric & black pepper
  • Black Cardamom & Cumin seeds
  • Green Chillies
  • Fresh Green Coriander
  • Hot Spice

Process

Since I have Sundays off from college, I usually make some new recipe on Sundays and share it with you guys.
So, let me quickly tell you how to make this recipe step by step.

So first I fried the chicken in cooking oil and when its color changed, I added ginger garlic paste to it.

After roasting the ginger and garlic with the Chicken, I added cumin seeds and Black cardamom and roasted them so that their aroma permeated it.

Now I added salt, black pepper, ground cumin and coriander powder to a cup of yogurt, mixed it well and added it to the chicken.

Cook the yogurt until it is absorbed into the chicken, then add the tomatoes and finely chopped onions and roasted further.

Then I added a little water to it and left it on the simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes.
After removing the simmer, the water had dried out. Now I added green chilies and cream to it and roasted it.

Now you can see that its texture has become creamy.
Finally, I sprinkled crushed hot spices and fresh coriander on top.

Final Look:

Slow-cooked with fragrant whole spices like black cardamom, this creamy chicken recipe is a true celebration of rich, layered flavors.
The tanginess of yogurt blends beautifully with fresh green spices, while a touch of cream adds smooth, velvety indulgence.

I hope you will definitely try my recipe once.
I will wait for your comments. Now we will meet in the next post with a new recipe. Until then, Good Bye...🤗
