in Hive Food2 days ago

Hello all Bloggers

Hi guys...! How are you all, I hope you all are well.
Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared Mutton Biryani recipe, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of chicken DumPukht.

Let's see how I made it.

Ingredients

  • Chicken ( 500 grams )
  • Potatoes ( 300 grams )
  • Oil ( 1 cup )
  • Onion ( 50 grams )
  • Green Chillies
  • Tomatoes ( 50 grams )
  • Garlic ( 1 bulb )
  • Salt & Black pepper ( 1 sp )
  • Water ( 1 cup )

Process

Since I have Sundays off from college, I usually make some new recipe on Sundays and share it with you guys.
So, let me quickly tell you how to make this recipe step by step.

I took a pressure cooker. First, I put the potatoes in it.
The potatoes should be put in without peeling them.
Remember that the size of the potatoes should not be too big or too small.
You can see that I have taken normal-sized potatoes.

I placed the chicken on top of the potatoes, meaning I spread chicken over the potatoes.
The size of the meat pieces should also be normal, which was a large chicken piece, for example, you can see in the leg piece that I have made small cuts in it so that it can be cooked all the way inside.

Now I cut four big pieces of tomato and placed them on top of them.
I also added some green chillies. Then I added onion and garlic paste.
After that I sprinkled a spoonful of salt and ground black pepper on top of them.

I added a cup of cooking oil and lastly I added a cup of water.
Now it was time to put it on steam. I put it on high flame for 10 minutes and low flame for 20 minutes.

You can see that all the water has dried up and all the ingredients are well cooked, so this is my recipe that is completely ready.
I finished it in about 30 minutes. It was very tasty and spicy.

Final Look:

As you can see it looks very delicious and tasty.

I hope you will definitely try my recipe once.
I will wait for your comments. Now we will meet in the next post with a new recipe. Until then, Good Bye...🤗

That chicken Dum Pukht looks so flavorful. I like how you layered the ingredients, it must have really brought out the taste.

Thank you very much for praising me. Yes, the test was really good because the chicken slowly absorbed the flavors of all ingredients inside itself, which gave the chicken a unique flavor.

Sending you an Ecency vote! 👍😊✨
