Hi bloggers and food lovers, how was your weekend? Did everything go well? Did you enjoy your weekend? Today I’m sharing a meal that isn’t noodles or rice, I made savory oatmeal for lunch. The texture is soft like porridge, so it’s easy to eat, and the fresh homemade tomato sauce makes this dish even more delicious. Alright, let’s get right to it

- Peel the tomato skins, then dice the tomatoes and set aside

- Heat olive oil in a pan, then add the shrimp

- Pan-fry the shrimp briefly until cooked, then set aside

- Sauté the minced garlic in the same pan until fragrant

- Add the tomato pieces to the pan

- Sauté the tomatoes until the liquid is released

- Add the oregano to the pan

- Add the oatmeal

- Add water and stir briefly and add the tomato sauce

- Cook until the liquid has reduced and the oats are cooked

- Add salt and pepper to taste, then stir until well combined

- Serve on a plate and top with grated cheese and the previously pan-fried shrimp
