Today I made tamagoyaki with a slightly different layering technique I separated the egg yolks and whites and added sausage pieces inside.
It’s very easy to make and doesn’t take long, kids are sure to love this dish because of its colorful, layered appearance. Okay, let’s get right to it.
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 scallion (the green part)
- 2 sausages
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of pepper
- 4 tbsp water
- cooking oil
Instructions:


- Crack 3 eggs and separate the whites from the yolks

- Finely chop the sausages and green onion

- Add the sausage pieces to the egg whites

- Add the chopped green onion to the egg yolks


- Add a pinch of salt and pepper to both the egg yolks and whites

- Add water to the egg yolks and crack the remaining egg into the mixture


- Stir until well combined

- Prepare a tamagoyaki pan and brush it lightly with cooking oil

Pour a small amount of the egg yolk mixture into the pan
Cook over the lowest heat setting


- Roll up the egg yolk mixture


- Pour the egg white mixture into the same pan


- Once half-cooked, roll up the egg




- Repeat until all the egg mixture is used up



- Remove from the pan and cut into several pieces



- The tamagoyaki with sausage is ready to eat
