
Hi bloggers and food lovers, today I’m going to share a special stir-fried rice noodle recipe topped with fish meatballs, a generous serving that feeds 7 people. The flavor is spicy, sweet, and savory, and it pairs perfectly with the egg and the seafood toppings and I use fish meatballs as the topping. Let’s get started
Ingredients:
- 5 sheets of rice noodles
- 1 egg
- 10 fish meatballs
- 1 stalk of green onion
- 1 stalk of celery
- ground spices (shallots, garlic, ground chili, candlenuts blended)
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- soy sauce
- sweet soy sauce
- oyster sauce
- cooking oil
- 50 ml water
Instructions:

- Prepare the rice noodles by soaking them in cold water for 20 minutes

- Sauté the ground spices with enough cooking oil in a pan


- Once fragrant, add the fish balls to the pan


- Add the seasoning (pepper, salt, soy sauce, and sweet soy sauce) to the pan

- Stir until well combined

- Crack 1 egg and add it to the pan


- Scramble the egg until well combined

- Add the chopped green onions and celery

- Add the drained rice noodles


Stir the noodles until well combined with the seasonings and sauces
Add the water


- If needed, add more sweet soy sauce to the pan, then stir again until well combined and evenly cooked

- Remove from heat and serve
