This time, I’m going to share a simple spaghetti recipe that’s savory, spicy, and delicious, with a little extra protein from the shrimp to make it even more delicious, and a wonderful aroma from the garlic. Okay, let’s get started
Ingredients:
- 1 package spaghetti
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp chili flakes
- shrimp
- pepper
- salt
- water
- olive oil
- 1 cup spaghetti cooking water
- parsley flakes
Instructions:

- Bring water to a boil, then add salt


Add the spaghetti to the boiling water and cook for 8 minutes till al dente
While waiting for the spaghetti to cook, prepare a pan

- Heat the pan and add olive oil

Add the cleaned shrimp
Seasoning the shrimp with salt and pepper

Cook the shrimp briefly until they turn pink
Remove and set aside

- In the same pan, add minced garlic

- Sauté until fragrant, being careful not to brown it


- Add chili flakes, then stir briefly

- Add half a cup of the spaghetti cooking water

- Add parsley flakes (fresh parsley is preferable)

- Take the cooked spaghetti and add it to the pan

- Add the remaining 1/2 cup of spaghetti cooking water

- Toss the spaghetti, add seasoning with salt and pepper then add the shrimp


- Serve on a plate


- Shrimp Aglio Olio is ready to eat
