Hi bloggers and food lovers! Today’s food hunt is all about fresh seafood and, of course, delicious seafood for my birthday dinner. A special dinner with my family. This time, I chose a place called Wajir Seafood.

This restaurant specializes in seafood, featuring a variety of fish including gurame, tuna, pomfret, snapper, eel, shrimp, crab, squid, and more. In addition to seafood, they also offer standard dishes like fried rice, fried noodles, and so on.
The dishes I chose today were Soft-Shell Crab XO, Grilled Gurame Fish, Seafood Tom Yum, and another dish, Green Chili Chicken.
Soft-Shell Crab XO

This dish is one of the best-sellers here and often sells out. The soft-shell crab is prepared by removing the shell, coating it in batter, and frying it. It’s then cooked in a spicy sauce with carrot and onion slices, featuring a red sauce and bell pepper pieces. The flavor is savory and spicy, making it perfect to enjoy with warm rice.
Grilled Gurame Fish

From various types of fish, we’ve chosen gurame fish, grilled with their signature seasoning. This seasoning has a savory, spiced flavor with a hint of turmeric. Grilling over charcoal allows the seasoning to penetrate perfectly into the fish’s flesh. Served with a dipping sauce of chili and soy sauce, along with chili slices, this dish becomes even more delicious when enjoyed with family.
Seafood Tom Yum

This Thai specialty is a hearty soup dish with a distinctive, aromatic, and warming flavor. This dish is packed with ingredients, including cabbage, carrots, button mushrooms, shrimp, squid, and fish balls. It has a slightly spicy and savory taste, and the portion is quite generous. This is also one of the most popular dishes here.
Ayam Cabai Hijau / Green Chili Chicken

This non-seafood dish was requested by my sister; she loves chicken, so she chose the delicious green chili chicken, which isn’t too spicy. The green chili chicken consists of breaded fried chicken coated in coarsely ground green chili sauce. So yummy

All of them was served well. I are them with warm rice and that's all good.
That’s all for today. Thank you!
