
Hi bloggers and food lovers, today I'm going to share a recipe for creamy and savory chicken soup, perfect for enjoying in the current rainy and cold season. This is my entry for @qurator 's contest : Qurator's Hive Top Chef this week. This recipe very easy and practical to make, so let's get started.
Ingredients:
100 grams of chicken breast
1 carrot
1 corn
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon of butter
350 ml of water
400 ml of whole milk
1 teaspoon of oregano
Salt to taste
Pepper
Margarine
Steps:Clean the ingredients and drain them

- Dice the chicken breast and carrot

- Dice the carrot and thenmove the kernels from 1 corn cob and set aside

- Chop the onion and garlic and set aside

- Sauté the garlic in margauntil fragrant


- Add the onion then sauté until fragrant


- Add the chicken breast pieces and cook until half done


- Add the carrots and corn

- Add the flour and stir until well mixed



- Add water and cook until the chicken is fully cooked

- Add oregano


Add milk and stir until thickened
Add salt and pepper for seasoning
Turn off the heat, serve on a plate, and sprinkle with dried parsley


- Creamy chicken soup is ready to serve




I serve this soup with garlic bread
