Here is what you need for this dessert:

  • 300 grams of crumbly biscuits (of your choice)
  • 500 grams of ricotta cheese
  • 250 grams of sugar
  • 3 apricots
  • 100 grams of chocolate shavings

First, take a baking pan. Then, take your biscuits—you can choose whichever kind you prefer; I used "Marie" biscuits, which are a popular choice for Italian breakfasts. Crumble them up and spread the crumbs across the bottom of the pan to form the base of the dessert.
