Hello everyone! It's been a while since my last post. I've been busy with my regular job, but I haven't forgotten to come back after three months. I have so many stories to share, but today I'm going to talk about food – specifically pizza, an Italian dish. And of course, everyone knows what pizza is! The restaurant I want to take you to this time is Sant’Agata Fossili.

This pizza restaurant is located in Alexandria and serves homemade pizza. We went there for dinner; my dad had reserved a table for us to eat pizza with my aunt and her son. We hurried because it's about 10 kilometers from our house. When we arrived, my aunt was already waiting for us.

After chatting and greeting each other, we went to see the pizza making area. There's a counter where the pizza makers are right in front, and various pizzas are waiting to go into the oven. The aroma was amazing! After that, we sat down at a table and looked at the menu.

Besides pizza, they have other Italian dishes, but this restaurant is special for its pizza, so we each ordered a pizza. I ordered a "Tom" pizza. It's a pizza with tomato sauce, cheese, asparagus, and sausage. It might seem normal, but it was interesting to me. My boyfriend ordered a special pizza, one with figs, which was quite sweet. After ordering, we drank beer while we waited.

Soon, our pizzas arrived. They looked incredibly appetizing, and I really loved mine. Everything felt perfectly balanced: the aroma, the crust wasn't too thick or too thin, the fragrant oven smell, the cheese complementing the sauce, and the satisfying crunch of asparagus. The egg in the middle was semi-cooked, with a runny yolk when cut. Just describing it makes my mouth water!

You can probably guess what it looked like from the picture. My aunt and her son ordered regular pizzas. This is what our pizzas looked like; we each ate a whole pizza. Of course, I never finish my own pizza; I always share a slice or two with others.

The other pizza, with figs, looked delicious, but for me, it was too sweet. Personally, I prefer food that isn't overly sweet. It was a novelty for me; others might like it, but I was indifferent.

That's the atmosphere of our pizza-eating experience. I'm back to say hello, and you might see more of my posts in the coming days. Thank you for not forgetting me, thank you for all the follows and support. Have a great day!
