Ingredients
- 200 grams minced beef
- 1 shallot
- 2-5 tomatoes
- Celery leaves
- 1 teaspoon lime or lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon seasoning powder
- 1 tablespoon roasted rice powder
- 1/2 teaspoon spoons of chili powder

Instructions
- Sauté the beef in a pan over medium heat. If you're worried about it sticking to the pan, add a little water. Sauté until the beef is cooked, then turn off the heat.



- Season with seasoning powder, lime or lemon juice, chili powder, and roasted rice powder. Taste and adjust the seasoning to your liking. If you prefer it spicier, sourer, or saltier, you can add more seasoning.

- Next, add the shallot, tomatoes, and celery leaves. Mix everything together, then serve. This dish can be eaten with steamed rice or sticky rice, or with various fresh vegetables. Today, I've added a boiled egg. I'm not eating rice today because I'm focusing on protein.
