Hello everyone, today we're heading into the kitchen again to cook something delicious: minced beef glass noodle salad. It's one of my favorite dishes, but I don't make it very often. Since I did make it today, I wanted to share the recipe because the method and ingredients are very simple. Actually, a complete recipe would require more ingredients, but this is an adaptation. But the taste is still as delicious as ever, and this easy recipe includes the ingredients and method.

Ingredients
- 200 grams of ground beef
- 2 small hot dogs
- 100 grams of glass noodles
- 50 grams of tomatoes
- 20 grams of shallots
- 50 grams of cabbage
- 10 grams of celery leaves
- 1 tablespoon of chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 2 tablespoons of fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon of seasoning powder
- 2 teaspoons of lime or lemon juice

Method
- Heat about 100 grams of water in a pot and bring to a boil. Scramble the ground beef, adding a little seasoning powder. Scramble until the beef is cooked, then set aside.

- Meanwhile, blanch the hot dogs, vegetables, and glass noodles. Heat water and blanch everything separately or all at once. Then set aside and prepare the dressing.

- Season the cooked beef with chili powder, fish sauce, lime juice, seasoning powder, and chili sauce. You can taste and adjust the seasonings to your liking. Depending on your preference:

- Then, mix everything together until you get the desired taste. Add the blanched ingredients, followed by the fresh vegetables: shallots, tomatoes, and celery leaves.

- Then, toss everything together until well combined. It's ready to serve. Actually, this recipe would be even tastier with dried shrimp and peanuts, but I didn't have any at home. For the blanched vegetables, like cabbage, if you don't have cabbage you can use Chinese cabbage, or you can add carrots if you like.

That's it! This minced meat glass noodle salad is delicious and perfect for those who like spicy food. Serve and enjoy! You can adapt this recipe or make it at home. Those who eat meat can use chicken or pork instead. I hope everyone enjoys my post and photos. Thank you for following. Have a great day!
