The good news is that they’ve really been around and working well for a long time. What I remember is that before they used to be in another location and then moved, but it has always been on this street. I believe this is part of the local culture, since my friends have always gone there and spoke highly of it. The food is good and the service too. Well, the price is a bit higher than usual, but fair.
