Is this a new place in your area? Because new establishments are always nice when they're new and trying to impress the residents. But once they get a steady flow of customers, they start getting too comfortable.

If they're not new though, and their nice service was simply policy, that's very commendable. Take this from someone who has had to wait more than thirty minutes for a medium pepperoni pizza.
