🌶 Ingredients:
1 chicken leg 1/2 carrot 1/2 white onion 1 sweet pepper 1 red bell pepper 1 clove of garlic Parsley sprigs Salt and pepper to taste Worcestershire sauce and mustard Oil as needed
🌶 Ingredientes:
1 pierna de pollo.
1/2 zanahoria.
1/2 cebolla blanca.
1 aji dulce.
1 pimenton rojo.
1 diente de ajo
Ramas de perejil.
Sal y pimienta al gusto.
Salsa inglesa y mostaza.
Aceite el necesario.
🌶 Preparation:
We have cleaned chicken and marinate it with salt, pepper, crushed garlic, red food coloring, and sauces. We coat it well and set it aside. We dice all the vegetables into small cubes and set them aside as well.
We place a skillet over medium heat with 1 tablespoon of oil and sear the chicken pieces briefly. Then we add the diced vegetables and sauté them a little. Next, in a separate pan, we add 1 cup of broth and let it simmer until the chicken and vegetables are cooked through and we have a rich sauce. Tenemos pollo limpio y adobamos con sal, pimienta, ajo machacado, color rojo y salsas, lo untamos bien y reservamos, cortamos todos los vegetales en cuadritos pequeños, reservamos.
Colocamos un sarten al fuego con 1 cucharada de aceite y llevamos las piezas de pollo a sellar un poco, luego agregamos los vegetales cortados y sofreimos un poco, posterior en un sartén colocamos 1 taza de caldo y dejamos cocinar a fuego lento hasta que el pollo y los vegetales esten bien cocidos y nos quede una rica salsa, este rico pollo lo acompañe con pure de papas y tajadas.
