Hello friends, happy weekend! Today I'm sharing some delicious chicken thighs with sauteed vegetables.

Hola amigos feliz fin de semana, hoy les comparto unos riquísimos muslos de pollo con vegetales salteados.

🍗 Ingredients:

2 chicken thighs.
1/2 large onion.
1/2 carrot.
Green and red bell peppers.
2 cloves of garlic.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Soy sauce and mustard.

🍗 Ingredientes:

2 muslos de pollo.
1/2 cebolla grande.
1/2 zanahoria.
Pimentón verde y rojo.
2 dientes de ajo.
Sal y pimienta al gusto.
Salsa de soya y mostaza.

🍗 Preparation:

We begin by washing and draining the chicken thighs. Remove the bones and slice them thinly, then cut them into pieces. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add the sauces. Set aside. Chop all the vegetables: grate the carrot, julienne the bell pepper, slice the onion into rings, and mince the garlic. Set aside.

Heat a pan with a tablespoon of oil over medium heat and add all the vegetables along with the garlic. Sauté until softened. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Next, we placed the well-seasoned chicken thighs in the pan to brown them on all sides. We added a few tablespoons of water and covered the pan so they would steam over low heat. Once cooked through, we added all the sautéed vegetables and let them sweat a little to allow the flavors to meld. I accompanied this delicious dish with a salad of carrots, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion rings, as well as some pieces of cooked pumpkin. Simply delicious!

🍗 Preparacion:

Comenzamos lavando y escurriendo los muslos de pollo, les quitamos el hueso y los fileteamos un poco para luego cortarlos en trozos, les colocamos sal y pimienta al gusto y las salsas, reservamos, cortamos todos los vegetales, rallamos la zanahoria, el pimentón en juliana, la cebolla en aros y el ajo muy pequeño, reservamos.

Colocamos un sartén con una cucharada de aceite al fuego y agregamos todos los vegetales junto con el ajo a sofreír, al estar bien sofritos los retiramos del sartén y reservamos.

Seguidamente colocamos los muslos de pollo ya dedibamete sazonados en el sartén para dorarlos por todos lados, agregamos unas cucharadas de agua y tapamos la olla para que se cocinen con el vapor a fuego lento, al estar bien cocidos agregamos todos los vegetales salteados y dejamos sudar un poco para que nivelen sus sabores, este delicioso plato lo acompañe con ensalada de zanahoria, tomate, pepino, y aros de cebolla, también unos trozos de auyama cocinada, sencillamente delicioso todo.
