Butter chicken Biryani

Hello hi everyone how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my another recipe blog. I hope you guys all are well and making amazing food. Today I am here for sharing a new recipe which is very yummy and most favourite of everyone. I cooked Butter chicken Biryani using new process. I want to share my recipe with all of you so let's start the process.

Ingredients

One kg chicken

One cup yogurt

Fresh milk cream

Ginger garlic paste

Green chillies

Green coriander

Fried onions

Spices

Salt

Red chilli

Turmeric

Black pepper

Biryani masala

Sabat masala

Grind coriander

Lemon

Yellow food colour

Butter

Process

First I washed chicken then added yogurt milk cream ginger garlic paste biryani masala fried onions salt black pepper and red chilli then mixed well and marinated chicken. I put half an in the fridge.

After half an hour I took a pan added butter and some oil then put marinated chicken in it and cooked. Then I added green chillies and tomato puree and cooked so chicken cooked well.

I covered with lid and 5 to 10 minutes after chicken gravy was cooked. At the other side I boiled rice adding some salt lemon and sabat garam masala. I boiled 80 percent rice.

Now I started to layer the rice and chicken gravy. First I spread some oil then put rice over it I spread chicken gravy fried onions and lemon slices. Then covered with second layer of rice.

At the upper layer I spread yellow food colour mixing in the two tablespoons milk. Then again put lemon slices and fried onions and put on dum under low flame.

When smoke rises and rice cooked I opened the lid and delicious butter chicken Biryani is ready. I served with yogurt and salad. It's really really tasty.
