
Hello hi everyone how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my another recipe blog that is also very creative and tasty. I hope you guys all are well and also making different and yummy food for herself and family. I cooked Mixed vegetables rice pulao for today at dinner time. Actually it's yesterday mixed vegetables dish that I want to use in rice. I want to share my recipe with all of you so let's start the process.
Ingredients
One bowl dish of mixed vegetables
One kg rice
Onions
Green chillies
Ginger garlic paste
Spices
Salt
Red chilli
Black pepper
Dry grind coriander
Garam masala
Cumin seeds
Process
First I cut onions into slices then fried in the oil till the colour change into golden brown shade. Then I added some water whole ingredients like tomato green chillies and ginger garlic paste and again cooked.


I soaked rice also before starting cooking and put them aside. Then I added mixed vegetables dish and also whole spices in the dish and mixed well again and stir fry for a minute because vegetables were already cooked.



Later on I added two glass water in the vegetables and covered until boil then I added soaked rice in the gravy and mixed well.

After drying water I covered rice with lid on dum under low flame for five minutes.

So finally my new recipe is ready for enjoying and also for dinner time. You can see.
Final look


I served with yogurt raita also adding some salad. It's really good idea also for using remaining dish of yesterday. I hope you will like my effort. See you soon guys with new recipe. Take care. Bye bye. Here is a tutorial.
