Today, I'll explain how to make some "delicious and crispy eggplant sticks with honey and sesame." The process for this recipe is a bit laborious, but easy to make.   • Buenas noches amigos de hivefood, bienvenidos de nuevo a mi blog! Como les he comentado en ocasiones anteriores, me encantan TODOS los platillos que poseen una textura "crocante"... Hoy, les explicaré como preparar unos "deliciosos y crujientes bastoncitos de berenjena con miel y sésamo". El proceso de esta receta es un poco laboriosa, pero fácil de realizar, espero que disfruten el "paso a paso" de está exquisitez, empecemos!

  • INGREDIENTS: eggplant, wheat flour, liquid milk, pepper, oregano, honey, sesame seeds, sunflower oil for frying and salt.
  • INGREDIENTES: berenjenas, harina de trigo, leche líquida, pimienta, orégano, miel, semillas de sésamo, aceite de girasol para sofreír y sal.

PREPARATION/PREPARACIÓN

  • The first step is to prepare the batter for our "eggplants". This will be the main base for enjoying a VERY succulent flavor! Add the egg to a bowl, season with pepper, oregano, and salt... Add the milk, and mix until well combined.
  • El primer paso será: preparar la mezcla donde rebozaremos nuestras "berenjenas", esta será la base principal para disfrutar de un sabor MUY suculento! Incorporamos en un bowl el huevo, sazonamos con pimienta, orégano y sal... Agregamos la leche, mezclamos hasta integrar bien.

  • Next, we add the "wheat flour", the consistency should be VERY creamy.
  • A continuación, colocamos la "harina de trigo", la consistencia les deberá quedar MUY cremosa.

  • We cut the "eggplants" into strips, I suggest leaving the skin on... We add the eggplants to the egg and flour mixture, mixing until well coated.
  • Cortamos las "berenjenas" en tiras, les sugiero dejar la piel... Añadimos las berenjenas a la mezcla de huevo y harina, mezclamos hasta que se impregnen bien.

  • Next, add sunflower oil to a non-stick pan and fry the eggplant until golden brown on both sides.
  • A continuación, incorporamos aceite de girasol a un sartén antiadherente, sofreímos las berenjenas hasta que se doren por ambos lados.

  • This is how delicious our eggplants turned out! We repeated the process until they were all sautéed.

  • Place the eggplants in a bowl and add the "honey". The amount depends on how sweet you prefer it. In my case, I added 3 tablespoons. Garnish with "sesame seeds". Our dish is ready to enjoy!
  • Colocamos las berenjenas en un plato hondo, añadimos la "miel", la cantidad dependerá del dulzor que deseen disfrutar, en mi caso coloqué 3 cucharadas. Decoramos con "semillas de sésamo", nuestro platillo está listo para disfrutar!
