´* Good evening, friends; I hope you’ve had a fantastic Saturday. Here is the healthy, nutritious, and delicious dish I prepared for lunch. Let’s put on our aprons and make some exquisite "chicken thighs with mixed spices and mustard, served with sautéed vegetables".

  • Buenas noches amigos, espero que hayan pasado un fantástico sábado... A continuación, comparto con ustedes el saludable, nutritivo y delicioso platillo que preparé para almorzar... Pongámonos el delantal para realizar unos exquisitos "muslos de pollo con especias mixtas y mostaza, acompañado con verduras salteadas".

  • INGREDIENTS: chicken thighs, mustard, dried oregano, black pepper, cumin, fines herbes, garlic powder, soy sauce, mild olive oil, butter, red bell pepper, onion, sweet peppers, and salt to taste.
  • INGREDIENTES: muslos de pollo, mostaza, orégano seco, pimienta negra, comino, finas hierbas, pimentón dulce, ajo en polvo, salsa de soja, aceite de oliva suave, mantequilla, pimiento rojo, cebolla, ajies dulces y sal al gusto.

  • The first step is to season the chicken thighs: add black pepper, mixed herbs, cumin, garlic powder, sweet paprika, mustard, soy sauce, and salt to taste. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes so the flavors fully penetrate the meat.
    You can use the oven for this recipe, though I preferred using an air fryer: line the bottom with parchment paper, add the chicken thighs, and cook at maximum power for 50 minutes—or until they are done and the skin has browned.
  • El primer paso será aliñar nuestros muslos de pollo, colocamos: pimienta negra, finas hierbas, comino, ajo en polvo, pimentón dulce, mostaza, salsa de soja y sal al gusto. Tapamos y dejamos macerar en la nevera durante 30 minutos, para que se impregne bien con el condimento.
    Para realizar esta preparación pueden utilizar el horno, en mi caso preferí cocinar en el air fryer: colocamos en el fondo el papel vegetal, integramos los muslos, cocinamos a máxima potencia durante 50 minutos o hasta comprobar que está listo y la piel se doró.

  • To complement my dish, I decided to prepare some sautéed mixed vegetables and steamed rice. I added mild olive oil and a teaspoon of salted butter to a non-stick pan, then added the red bell pepper, onions, and sweet peppers. I sautéed them over medium heat until they took on a beautiful, translucent texture, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Para complementar mi platillo decidí preparar unas verduras mixtas salteadas y arroz al vapor... Incorporamos aceite de oliva suave a un sartén antiadeherente y una cucharadita de mantequilla (con sal), agregamos el pimiento rojo, las cebollas y los ajies dulces. Salteamos a fuego "medio", hasta que adquieran una hermosa textura cristalina (salpimentamos).
