A Well-Deserved Break: Waboo Beach and Restobar

Hello, Hivers! It's me again, and I’m back with another blog! This time, I want to share one of my favorite go-to places where I love to spend my time when I'm having a tough day or when I feel like I deserve a treat with my favorite drink. I'll also be sharing some of the delicious and affordable foods and drinks they offer, which might give you some ideas if you want to spend time with yourself, your families, or your friends! So, here it goes.

Last week, I decided to treat myself to a drink at one of the popular restobar in our town, Waboo Beach and Restobar. Recently, things have felt so draining with all the responsibilities of being a student. Sleepless nights are not new for me. I’ve been used to them since my first year in college, especially during those last-minute cramming sessions, haha! That’s why I feel like it's time for me to give myself a well-deserved break and I think Waboo is a perfect place for it.

Waboo Beach and Restobar is located along the coastline of Compostela, Cebu. What I love most about this place is that it doesn't just offer affordable and delicious food, but it also has a relaxing vibe and a beautiful ambiance. As soon as I arrive, I can instantly feel the fresh breeze of the ocean and the sound of waves, which makes me feel like I am on a small vacation. The open-air dining area is also perfect, which makes it a great spot to unwind. It’s also perfect for special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, or family gatherings. The wide and peaceful space with a relaxing view will make your meal feel special.

And of course, treating yourself means enjoying good food, and Waboo Restobar never disappoints. They offer a variety of delicious and affordable dishes, which I’ll list below. My absolute favorite, though, is their mango graham shake because it’s not too sweet, it also has plenty of fresh mango, and is incredibly creamy—unlike other Graham shakes that are loaded with ice.

Quality Customer Service

Waboo Beach and Restobar is also known for its high-quality customer service. The staff are very patient and attentive, and they always make sure that all the customers feel welcome and accomodated. The bathrooms as well as the shower room are clean and well-maintained, which adds to the overall pleasant experience. If you’d like to enjoy the beach as well, the resort provides sun loungers, towels, and umbrellas to make your visit comfortable and memorable.

So, if you’re looking for a place that offers affordable and delicious food, a perfect ambiance, and quality customer service, I highly recommend Waboo Beach and Restobar. To my fellow students who have been having a hard time with their studies, feeling the stress of their schoolwork, deadlines, and the pressures of semi-finals week, why not take a break first?
