Cumin 1 tps
Capsicum 1/2 kg
Garlic 2 cloves

Salt
This recipes enough to serve two people. And the chilli paneer is Indo Chinese cuisine and it is spicy, tangy and bit sweet in taste. You can make it dry or with gravy I have tried the dry version cause I'm going to have it with noodles.
I have taken green capsicums you can also take the red and yellow one.
Preparation
Put some oil in a pan and and let it heat for 1 minute and cut the paneer into the cubes.
Now add the cubes directly into the all and let it fry for at least for a 5 minutes until all the sides of it done golden brown. It will give it a better taste and it will also make it crunchy.
Now it's time to add some spices into it, add some turmeric powder coriander powder and red chilli powder, salt and cumim powder to it.
No chop some onions, tomatoes and capsicum, time we will not try to chop it fine try to cut it into bigger pieces.
Now in the leftover oil we will add some garlic cloves into it and then chopped onions and let it go and tell they become soft.
Sooner the onions will start to separate and now you need to add chopped capsicum to it.
Cook it for 4 minutes and end case of chilli paneer we do not cook the vegetable properly until it becomes soft cause it will lose it crunch and won't test good.
Now to enhance the taste even more you need to add the tomato paste to it or you can also add freshly chopped tomatoes to it and it will give it a tangy flavour and over all enhances the taste. So you need to add the paneer into it again and let it cook for 2 minutes so that the paneer also absorbs the flavour of capsicum.
This is finally how it's gonna look and you can have it with chapati rice or noodles. I have eaten it with some noodles and manchurian and combination is literally great. You can also try eating it in this way and let me know your opinions in comment.
