INGREDIENTES/INGREDIENTS

• 1 taza y 1/2 de harina de trigo
• 1/4 taza de mantequilla de maní
• 3/4 taza de azúcar
• 2 huevos
• 1 cucharadita de polvo para hornear
• 1 cucharadita de vainilla
• 1/2 taza de leche
• Una pizca de sal
• Maní (opcional)

• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup peanut butter
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup milk
• A pinch of salt

PREPARACIÓN/PREPARATION

Para preparar esta torta lo primero que haremos es cernir la harina junto con una pizca de sal y el polvo para hornear y reservamos.

To make this cake, the first thing we'll do is sift the flour together with a pinch of salt and the baking powder, then set it aside.

Colocamos en el vaso de la licuadora la leche, los huevos, la mantequilla de maní, el azúcar, la vainilla y licuamos para que se integre bien los ingredientes.

Place the milk, eggs, peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla in the blender jar and blend until the ingredients are well combined.

Vertemos la mezcla en un bol y agregamos una parte de harina mezclamos y luego echamos la otra y seguimos mezclando para unir bien los ingredientes y nos quede una mezcla homogénea, le agregamos un puñado de maní y volvemos a mezclar.

Pour the mixture into a bowl and add half the flour; mix, then add the rest and continue mixing until the ingredients are well combined and you have a smooth mixture. Add a handful of peanuts and mix again.

En una tortera enharinada y enmantequillada ponemos la mezcla y llevamos al horno previamente precalentado a 200°C por 45 minutos aproximadamente o cuando al introducirle un cuchillo o palillo este salga completamente limpio.

Pour the mixture into a floured and buttered cake pan and bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for about 45 minutes, or until a knife or toothpick inserted into the cake comes out completely clean.

Una vez lista la torta enfriamos y desmoldamos para disfrutar de un buen pedazo acompañado con la bebida de nuestra preferencia.
