Today I would like to share recipe of Namak Paare, it deep fried savoury snack mainly prepared with all purpose flour,it is a crunchy ribbon like strips shaped in look snack, it is an ideal tea time or evening snack recipe. You can store the namak paare in the Air tight container, which can be enjoy for 15-20 days. This is also the best snack because whenever you feel hungry and crave to eat something, you can enjoy it with pickle and chutney. This snacks items is useful while travelling as it does not perish and you don't miss out on your home cooked food.

Ingredients📃
• 2 cup All-purpose Flour.
• 1 tsp ajwain / carom
• 3 tbsp oil.
• Salt to Taste.
• oil for frying.
Process 👨🏻🍳
firstly, in a large mixing bowl sieve the all-purpose flour.
Add the ajwain, ajwain is good for digestion even it's enhances the taste of namak pare.
also add salt. Don't extra salt other wise it tasted too much Salty.
now pour hot oil over the flour. this helps to make namak pare crispy
crumble the oil with dough well. rub with your hands atleast for 5-6 minutes.
now add water slowly and start to knead the dough, until form stiff and tight dough.
pinch a large ball. flatten them, make big thin circle with the help of Rolling Pin.
take a knife / pizza cutter and cut them into long strips.
And keep each strips separately so that they do not stick to each other.
Heat the Oil in the kadai/frying pan.
drop the namak pare into the hot oil.
flip over so that it cooks on both sides. fry them to nice golden brown on low-medium flame. drain them on a tissue paper to remove excess oil.
Now When the namak pare cools down to room temperature, keep it in an airtight container and Enjoy it for 15-20
