Today i would like to share Indian Condinent- Haari Chutney is a vibrant, tangy, and spicy condiment made by blending fresh coriander, mint, green chilies, ginger, and lemon juice. To make Creamy i just fresh curd. It is paired up with your appetizers or lunch and Dinner to make your food More delicious & Yummy. It is prepared within a minutes which can be refrigerate, enjoy it 2-3 days during summer and 5-6 days during winters. Whether you eat starters at an Indian restaurant or at home, chutney is mandatory; without it, our snacks feel incomplete. Try this recipe—you will truly love it!.

Ingredients 📃
• 1 cup of fresh coriander leaves.
• 2 green chilli.
• 2 tbsp of Curd.
• salt to Taste.
• 1 tsp of Chaat Masala.
• Pinch of asafoetida(optional).
Process 👨🏻🍳

Thoroughly wash and rinse atleast twice the coriander and mint leaves to remove dirt. even cut hard stems. Put it into Mixing jar.

Add fresh Green chilli, you can add more, depending on your taste.

Add Asafoetida, sugar and Salt.

Add the fresh creamy curd.

Blend it to make smooth paste. Add water only as needed to get a smooth, thick consistency.

Transfer to a bowl and adjust salt if required.

Add the Chaat masala to make it more tangy. I didn't added lemon instead. if you have fresh lemon then squeeze lemon into.

Your chutney is ready to serve, enjoy it in your meal to make your cuisine more delicious and tempting.
